This is a practical, step-by-step walkthrough: registration, verification, bonuses, and payments — no fluff.

Prerequisites

Valid email address

Government-issued photo ID (passport, driver’s license, or provincial ID)

Proof of address (utility bill or bank statement, dated within 3 months)

Stable internet connection and a modern browser or mobile device

Funding method: credit/debit card, e-wallet (e.g., Skrill, Neteller), or bank transfer

Be at least the legal gambling age in your province (typically 19, 18 in Alberta, Manitoba, and Quebec)

Step-by-Step Sign-Up

Navigate to the official site using the Casino captain cooks link.

Click the \\”Sign Up\\” or \\”Register\\” button, usually at the top right corner.

Fill in the registration form: provide first name, last name, date of birth, email, and residential address.

Choose a username and a strong password (mix of uppercase, lowercase, numbers, and special characters).

Select your preferred currency (CAD is available).

Accept the terms and conditions and privacy policy — read them briefly.

Complete the captcha or security check and submit the form.

Verify your email by clicking the link sent to your inbox. If it doesn’t arrive, check spam or request a resend.

Log in and proceed to the cashier to make your first deposit. Choose a bonus if desired.

Complete identity verification (KYC) by uploading your ID and proof of address under the account/profile section. Approval usually takes 24–48 hours.

Wagering Calculation

When you claim a bonus, you must wager the bonus amount (plus sometimes the deposit) a certain number of times before withdrawing winnings. The formula is:

Required turnover = (Deposit + Bonus) × Wagering Requirement

For example: You deposit $100 and receive a 100% match bonus ($100). Wagering requirement is 30x (bonus + deposit).

Required turnover = ($100 + $100) × 30 = $200 × 30 = $6,000

Contributions from different games vary. Slots typically count 100%, table games may count 10–20%. Check the terms.

Game Type

Contribution Percentage

Slots (most)

100%

Table games (blackjack, roulette)

10–20%

Video poker

20%

Live dealer games

0% (usually excluded)

To calculate effective wagering: If you play blackjack (20% contribution), every $1 bet counts as $0.20 toward the requirement. So to clear the $6,000 requirement, you’d need to bet $6,000 / 0.2 = $30,000 on blackjack.

Security
