Getting your first withdrawal right is the real test of any iGaming platform — this guide shows you how to pass it.

Prerequisites

A verified account with KYC documents approved (ID, proof of address, payment method screenshot).

Secure internet connection and a device capable of running a modern browser (for the progressive web app, visit Stake casino from your browser and install as PWA).

Sufficient balance — winnings from wagering or deposited funds, not blocked by any pending bonus wagering requirements.

A registered payment method that matches your account name (e.g., same e-wallet, credit card, or crypto wallet address).

Familiarity with wagering requirements: check the bonus terms before withdrawing bonus-related winnings.

How to Sign Up

Open the PWA from your browser or visit the site directly on desktop.

Click the \\”Sign Up\\” button and provide your email, username, and a strong password.

Select your preferred currency (crypto, fiat, or both if supported).

Verify your email via the link sent to your inbox.

Complete the KYC process by uploading the required identification documents. This step is mandatory before any withdrawal.

Set up two-factor authentication (2FA) using an authenticator app for added security.

Bonus Math

Understanding the wagering requirements is crucial. Suppose you claim a 100% match bonus up to $1,000. You deposit $500, receive $500 bonus, giving you a total balance of $1,000. The bonus terms typically require you to wager the bonus amount 35x before withdrawal: 35 × $500 = $17,500 in total bets. If you play a slot with an RTP of 96%, the house edge is 4%. After wagering $17,500, the expected loss is $17,500 × 0.04 = $700. That means from your $1,000 starting balance, you may have around $300 left after meeting the requirements — but variance can cause significant swings. Always use the formula: Important: \\[ ext{Expected Balance} = ext{Initial Balance} imes (1 – ext{House Edge})^{ ext{Turnover} / ext{Average Bet}} \\] For a $5 average bet, number of bets = $17,500 / $5 = 3,500. Expected balance = $1,000 × (0.96)^(3,500) ≈ $1,000 × 0 = $0 (essentially zero due to the high number of bets). This shows how tough it is to come out ahead. Play games with lower house edge, such as blackjack with perfect strategy (house edge ~0.5%), to improve your odds.

Safety & Licensing

The platform operates under a Curacao eGaming license (sub-license from Antillephone N.V.). While this license provides a basic level of regulation, it is not as stringent as EU jurisdictions like Malta or the UK. For players in regions where Curacao-licensed casinos are allowed, note that winnings may be subject to local income tax — consult a tax professional. Security measures include SSL encryption, mandatory 2FA, and cold storage for most crypto funds. The site also publishes its provably fair algorithm, allowing you to verify game outcomes independently.

Fiat withdrawals require manual review and may involve longer times. Always double-check the withdrawal address for accuracy — blockchain transactions are irreversible.

When Things Go Wrong

Withdrawal pending longer than stated: Check if your account is fully verified. If yes, contact support via live chat (available 24/7).
Resolution: Provide withdrawal ID and screenshot of the pending status.

Bonus deduction after withdrawal: You may have canceled a bonus incorrectly. Note: Avoid canceling a bonus mid-wager unless you accept losing the bonus and any winnings from it.

Account locked after withdrawal request: This typically triggers a security review. Contact support and provide any requested documents again.

Payment method not showing: Ensure it has been used for a deposit first (same method for withdrawal). Also check regional restrictions.

Wrong withdrawal amount received: Could be due to conversion rates or network fees. Verify the transaction on the blockchain explorer using the TXID.

Extra Tips

If your withdrawal is delayed beyond the stated time:

First 1–2 hours: Wait — some checks (e.g., risk management) are automated but take time.

After 6 hours: Contact live chat and ask for the status. Request a case ID.

After 24 hours (crypto) or 5 business days (fiat): Escalate to the casino’s compliance team via email. Mention your case ID and the original expected time.

If unresolved after 7 days: File a complaint with Curacao’s licensing body (gaminglicense@curacao.com) or use a third-party mediator like AskGamblers.

Quick Answers

How do I verify my account?

Log in, go to your profile, upload a clear photo of your government-issued ID, a recent utility bill (address), and a screenshot of your payment method. Approval usually takes under 24 hours.

What is the minimum withdrawal amount for crypto?

For Bitcoin it is 0.0005 BTC, for Ethereum 0.01 ETH, and for Litecoin 0.01 LTC. Fiat minimums start at $20.

How long do crypto withdrawals take?

After the internal check (usually instant for crypto), the blockchain confirmation determines the time: Bitcoin ~10–30 minutes, Ethereum ~2–5 minutes, Litecoin ~2–5 minutes.

Can I withdraw money without depositing?

No, you must first deposit and wager any bonuses. Winnings from no-deposit bonuses are subject to strict wagering and max cashout limits.

Is there a maximum withdrawal limit?

Yes, typically $10,000 per 24 hours for crypto, but high rollers can request higher limits after verification. Fiat limits are lower and depend on the method.

Do I need to wager my deposit before withdrawal?

If you did not claim a bonus, you can withdraw deposited funds directly after KYC. Wagering applies only to bonus funds.

What happens if I provide a wrong crypto address?

The transaction cannot be reversed. Always triple-check the address and use copy-paste, never type manually. Contact support immediately if you realize the error.

Are there any withdrawal fees?

The casino does not charge fees, but network fees (miner fees) are deducted from the withdrawal amount. These vary by blockchain congestion.

Can I cancel a pending withdrawal?

Yes, if it is still in \\”pending\\” status (before the casino processes it). Go to your withdrawal history and click cancel. Once marked as \\”processed\\”, it cannot be cancelled.

Getting your first withdrawal right is the real test of any iGaming platform — this guide shows you how to pass it.
